This today I decided to go to the park for lunch. Picture 1 is of the ducks that I ate lunch with. May they were great. They listened to every word I said (Mostly no you would not like this cheeseburger and leave my tea alone). Yes I shared. Before heading back to the office I decided to walk to a gazebo between the two ponds. As I approach the gazebo I notice 3 geese standing in the enterance. I move to get a better view of of the trio. Well Picture 2 tells what happened next.. You guessed it.. He charged me. Yes that is an action shot. I am walking backwards away and taking the picture. Picture 3 is him showing off to his friends. Man is he proud of himself. Picture 4 is of them chattering to each other.

I am not sure what that are shot on I am just suprised they turned out at all.

such composure! To take a photo while being charged by a goose! I'm so impressed! I would have run the other way(I'm a big suck about stuff like that). Looks like you had a lovely lunch(goose charging aside). Great shots!

Love the goose story. Such territorial critters! They don't have much in the way of brains though. We used to have some neighborhood geese.. stupid birds chased the nieghborhood dogs! Or maybe the geese were smarter than I give credit. The dogs always ran for cover!
